font-weight:700">General Consumer
If you’re a whiskey collector, this is a great pick-up. It’s a clean and easy drinking with an emphasis on obtaining the highest quality “hearts” from the distillation run. We know this as we were able to sample the surprisingly soft, unaged, still proof product while visiting the distillery. The whiskey also has a unique story and buying the bottle is an investment into a company who is willing and capable of doing much more as they will continue in the “pursuit of purity.”

On-Premise Buyer
If you’re a Hawaii bar that has both visitors and kamaaina who will pay $12+ for a Hawaii-made whiskey, then this product is a must have. It is very approachable, has a great story, and has a pretty bottle. Its subtle, easy drinking nature, also allows for split-base cocktails, which can aid in making the price point work for cocktail menus.

MSRP: $60.00
