Kihei, Hawaii - For a limited time beginning June 8, 2018, Maui Brewing Company will be releasing Fancy Footwork Lager in cans with the help from like-minded and independent brewery Austin Beerworks. Sharing passion for the art, and with the intense desire for quality, the two collaborated to create this hoppy session Lager featuring Chinook, Loral, and Citra Cryo hops, as well as Azacca hops which were donated by Roy Farms.
"When we first discussed what we wanted to brew for our collaboration, Will, from Austin, and I quickly found common ground on what beers we love to drink," states Kim Brisson-Lutz, Maui Brewing Company's Brewmaster. "We knew we wanted to create a beer that would be sessionable, clean, and hoppy. In a matter of minutes, we had a base recipe figured out; and with our brewing/dancing boots on, we created Fancy Footwork. Austin Beerworks is an amazing brewery and has been a leader in the Texas craft brew scene. We are thrilled to release this beer together!"

Pale gold in appearance, the flavor of Fancy Footwork Lager is clean, crisp, and fruity with aromas of lemon citrus, floral and pine. At 5.2% ABV and 40 IBUs, those who enjoy a slight bitterness to their traditional lager will be impressed with its smooth drinkability.

Consumers can enjoy it on draft in Maui Brewing Company's Kihei location, with Lahaina and Waikiki to soon follow. The beer will be available in 4-packs for to-go consumption while it lasts in limited markets where Maui Brewing Company can be found.
